DFES urgently needed to recruit mechanics to service its 600+ strong fleet of vehicles. In a competitive employment market - purpose, lifestyle, and job satisfaction was found to be the key messages which would resonate with the target audience and unlock a new talent pool of mechanics, body builders and auto electricians. This was a highly targeted digital campaign delivered via Meta and TikTok.
