When it comes to property, we know people buy based largely on emotions – how a place makes them feel, creating an inter-generational story where they get to write the very first chapter. We needed Piara Waters to not only be aspirational, to sell the dream, but also be relatable - show people that it is possible. We saw a huge potential in the audience, with a large proportion of young, multicultural families who all share the dream of bettering their children’s lives and enjoying a strong, connected community.
